Neighbors unite to restore hope for a widow and daughter in need
A recently widowed homeowner and her daughter found themselves grappling with numerous challenges, from living without a stove to coping with a deluge of unwanted possessions and home repairs.
Determined to make a difference, our team sprang into action. We provided a new range and hood, conducted essential repairs, and restored damaged walls and doors. However, nature had other plans, as heavy rains caused flooding that breached basement windows, inundating the home. With the support of flood remediation services and skilled contractors, we embarked on a thorough cleanup effort, removing debris and replacing six windows to mitigate further damage.
